Super Easy Low Carb Keto Ice Cream
Ingredients
Strawberry Ice Cream:
- 2 cups Frozen strawberry
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Substitute sugar
- 1/2 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
Chocolate Ice Cream:
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Substitute sugar
- 4-5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
keto Strawberry Ice Cream
- Cut the frozen strawberries to slices
- Blend the strawberries in your electric blender
- Add sugar substitute and vanilla extract
- Add heavy cream to the blender
- Blend all the ingredients together
- Now you have your ice cream
- Transfer the mixture to a clean and dry container and cover it doesn’t form a film
- Keep in the freezer for 1 to 3 hours before serving
keto Chocolate Ice Cream
- whip the cold heavy cream on medium/high speed (you can use the hand mixer or the stand mixer)
- add the sugar substitute, turn the speed up tp high and whisk the mixture
- turn off the machine and add the vanilla extract
- whisk the mixture again
- add the unsweetened cacao powder, mix them the mixture with a spoon
- Pour the ice cream in a dry and clean jar or container
- Keep them in the freezer, it will be read to serve after 3 to 6 hours.
