How To Make Homemade Peanut Butter
Todayʼs recipe is homemade peanut butter. You can never really know how clean a store-bought peanut butter was made, so making your own would be perfect and safe too… letʼs start:
Ingredients:
- Peanuts (NOT roasted)
- Sugar substitute (Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener)
- oil
- salt
Recipe
- Roast your peanuts on medium heat in the oven for 25-30 minutes depending on how roasted you want them. I want mine to be smokey so Iʼll leave them for 25 minutes then I will take them out and leave them, to cool
- Put your roasted peanuts after they cool down for the grinder. Grind them for 3 minutes then stir the peanuts back together then continue grinding until you start seeing them get smooth and bring out their butter.
- Add your sugar substitute and add as much as you would like, then add a tablespoon of oil (I used avocado oil) then continue grinding and leave the peanuts for a few minutes to grind until you see it get smooth.
- Put your peanut butter in a jar and store in the fridge and itʼs ready to go, enjoy!
