Low Carb Keto Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together
  2. Add the melted butter and mix
  3. Add the eggs
  4. Add the baking powder and mix
  5. Add your heavy cream
  6. Mix your dry and wet ingredients really well
  7. Scoop out your portions with your ice cream scoop onto a parchment sheet on a tray
  8. Bake in the oven
