Grab the cream cheese and beat it in the mixer
In a different bow, add your heavy cream and whisk it really well
Add the whipped heavy cream to the beaten cream cheese, then add an egg
Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt
Beat the ingredients with the mixer
Add this mix ontop of the crust that has cooled down, then again, using the back of a spoon or a spatula, even out the layer.
In a 350 F preheated oven, bake for 30 minutes.
After the thirty minutes, leave the cake inside the oven turned off for another 20-25 minutes
Take out the cheesecake then let it cool down completely
Place it in the fridge and leave it to chill for 1-3 hours
